JDSAMS.COM takes an active role in ensuring the safety of its users, especially children.
DISCLOSURE
JDSAMS.COM collects the e-mail and IP address of users on this site, as well as any information entered upon registration for the purpose of conducting
business on this site. JDSAMS.COM will not sell, distribute, or otherwise "give out" the information of a child user. Although JDSAMS.COM attempts to provide
a safe environment for its users, it is the parents responsibility to monitor their child's Internet usage.
At any time that JDSAMS.COM is notified by a parent or legal guardian to terminate the account of a child user, JDSAMS.COM will do so immediately and will
delete any and all identifiable information stored in the database. **Note: This does not include the COPPA registration form.
User names of minor children shall be restricted to a name in which is not identifiable to a particular child's identity. (i.e. No real or "nick" names, address
locators, etc.)
JDSAMS.COM monitors this forum, and will notify parents or legal guardians of any suspicious activity of a child user. JDSAMS.COM maintains the IP address
of all users and will report the IP address of suspect users to the proper authorities.
Should a parent or legal guardian request transcripts of their child's usage, JDSAMS.COM will provide such transcripts upon verification of identity. If a
request is made for any reason other than suspicion of suspicious activity, JDSAMS.COM will charge the parent requesting the transcripts $.25 per page
plus postage, otherwise there will be no charge. All transcripts will be sent via certified mail USPS, return receipt. NO TRANSCRIPTS WILL BE E-MAILED

COPPA documentation will be held by the site administration for a period of not less than 10 (ten) years or until the child reaches the age of 18, whichever is
later.
JDSAMS.COM will actively and willingly participate in any law enforcement and judicial investigations. All parties involved will be notified of any investigation
and documents released.
